WHAT IS COLLECTED

Your submitted observation, effort, optional coordinates and optional photo. A daily one-way hash of the connection address is retained only to enforce an hourly submission limit; the raw address is not stored.

WHAT BECOMES PUBLIC

Nothing automatically. Every record is pending moderation. If a contribution is later published, sensitive locations are generalised and photos are reviewed for identifying information.

PHOTOS + COORDINATES

These remain private review evidence. Never submit a person’s face, vehicle plate, private address or a location obtained by trespass.

CONTROL

A deletion code is shown once after submission. Use the deletion page to erase the report and its photo. The code is stored only as a one-way hash and cannot be recovered.
